Custom CRM development

A CRM shaped around how your team actually sells

Replace spreadsheets, disconnected tools and manual reporting with one system for leads, workflows, permissions and business data.

  • Scoped before we build
  • Your data stays yours
  • Integrations planned from day one

What a stretched sales stack looks like

Teams rarely choose a messy setup. It grows one workaround at a time until nobody trusts the numbers.

  • Leads scatter across tools

Forms, inboxes, chat and spreadsheets each hold part of the story, so follow-up depends on memory.

  • The pipeline is not your process

Off-the-shelf stages and fields force your sales motion into someone else's model.

  • Reporting is manual

Managers rebuild the same weekly spreadsheet because the system cannot answer their questions.

  • Everyone sees everything, or nothing

Permissions are too coarse to share data safely between sales, support and management.

What we build into a CRM

  • Custom CRM systems

A data model and interface built for your entities, whether that is leads, accounts, policies or projects.

  • Sales pipelines

Stages, entry rules, required fields and ownership that mirror how deals really move.

  • Lead management

Capture from forms, ads and email, with deduplication, scoring inputs, assignment and first-response tracking.

  • Automation and workflows

Follow-up tasks, reminders, status changes and approvals triggered by events instead of habit.

  • Dashboards and reporting

Pipeline, source and conversion views per role, drawn from the same records the team works in.

  • Roles and permissions

Record-, field- and export-level access so sensitive data reaches only the people who need it.

  • Integrations

Email, calendar, telephony, billing, ads platforms and your internal systems feeding one record.

    Learn more about Integrations
  • Notifications

Alerts for new leads, stalled deals and overdue tasks, delivered where your team already works.

What a purpose-built CRM changes

  • One pipeline everyone trusts

Stages, ownership and next steps match your sales process, so forecasts reflect reality.

  • Access that fits your team

Salespeople see their leads, managers see the team, and sensitive data stays with the right roles.

  • Connected to your stack

Forms, email, billing and analytics feed one record instead of five disconnected tabs.

How a custom CRM is structured

  1. Interface

Fast list, board and record views designed for daily use by sales teams, with keyboard support.

  2. Domain logic

Pipeline rules, assignment, permissions and audit history enforced on the server.

  3. Event and automation layer

Changes publish events that trigger tasks, notifications and syncs with retries.

  4. Data

Relational storage with history, so you can see what changed, when and by whom.

  5. Integrations

Adapters for email, ads, billing and other systems, isolated so one failing provider does not stop the CRM.

How we work

  1. Discovery

We map your sales process, data and integrations, then agree on a clear first release.

  2. Build in slices

You see working software every week and adjust before details harden.

  3. Migrate and train

Existing data is cleaned and imported, and the team is trained on the real system.

  4. Launch and learn

We measure what the CRM improves and plan the next release from actual use.

Typical timeline for a custom CRM

Typical durations for this kind of work. Real timing depends on scope, integrations and how quickly decisions are made.

  1. Step 1: Discovery

    1 to 3 weeks

Process mapping, data audit and a scoped first release.

  2. Step 2: Design

    2 to 3 weeks

Core records, pipeline and role-based views.

  3. Step 3: Build first release

    6 to 12 weeks

Pipeline, lead capture, permissions and the first integrations.

  4. Step 4: Migration and rollout

    2 to 4 weeks

Data import, training and supervised go-live.

Do you replace our existing CRM?

Sometimes. We can also extend or integrate what you have when that is the better option. We will say which we recommend and why.

How is pricing set?

After discovery we agree a scoped first release with a fixed estimate range. We do not publish generic prices because scope varies.

Why build instead of configuring a SaaS CRM?

Configuring is usually right when your process is standard. Building pays off when your pipeline, permissions or integrations are unusual enough that you spend more time working around the tool than in it.

What happens to our existing data?

We map your current fields to the new model, import a test set for your review and run the full migration only after you confirm the result. Nothing is deleted from the old system until you decide.

Tell us about your sales process

A short note is enough to start. Say how your team sells and which tools you use today.

We use your details only to answer this inquiry.
